Your print provider would typically prefer you to send them a JPEG as it is a smaller file size and still maintains the quality of the image, however, both CMYK files are tailored for printing so by providing both, you will have the flexibility to choose the format that best suits your needs. The RGB file, on the other hand, is always best used for monitors and devices etc.

This is just a recommendation only, a larger print will be possible, however some details may be lost, although probably unnoticeable from a distance.
