The customer must not resell or sub-licence any of Topdog Clobber's images or products, whether modified or not.

At no time should any image or product from Topdog Clobber be used in such a way that may cause harm or detriment to Topdog Clobber's reputation.

Printing Our Downloadable Images

Topdog Clobber are not responsible for items that you may have had (or will have) printed from our downloadable images, whether on coasters, mugs, canvases, notebooks etc. or from your own printing device.

Colours of the digital image downloads may vary on different monitors, devices and printers.

It is advisable to zoom in on a digital image to ensure that it is to your liking, before purchasing from Topdog Clobber.

All digital downloadable images are the sole intellectual property and copyright of Topdog Clobber.

All digital downloadable photographs are the sole intellectual property and copyright of TeeBeeGallery.

Under no circumstances must our images be sold to a third party, this includes commercially selling any items that you have had the image printed on. If you wish to sell products with our images printed on, then please contact Topdog Clobber to request and purchase a commercial licence.

Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of the English courts shall apply in exclusivity over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our website. We also retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed with the law of England and Wales.
